Diagnostics and Treatments
The department provides advanced intensive care therapy, continuous monitoring, and anesthesiology support for critically ill patients, patients following major surgery, and patients requiring specialized support of vital functions.
Non-invasive and invasive monitoring of vital parameters, including blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, body temperature, urine output, and hemodynamic parameters. In critically ill patients, invasive monitoring is performed using arterial and central venous catheters.
Non-invasive and invasive mechanical ventilation for patients with acute or chronic respiratory failure. Modern ventilation modes, oxygen therapy, high-flow oxygen, and ventilator weaning support are used.
Administration of infusion therapy, vasopressors, inotropic support, and advanced methods for stabilizing blood pressure and circulation in patients with shock, heart failure, or severe postoperative conditions.
Hemodialysis, hemofiltration, and continuous renal replacement therapy for patients with acute or chronic kidney failure, fluid and electrolyte imbalance, or multi-organ failure.
